Fly Like A G6

I had finished my presentation yesterday so I assumed that I'd officially ended my practical training.

After my presentation, I was like a total free bird hanging around in the lab.

We had a coursemates-gathering after work. Went to eat seafood dinner at Coconut Flower Garden.

A really relaxing dinner with zero stress!

And today was my last day of internship. My intern life in Klang had finally ended.

Normally I will feel so reluctant to leave.

But this time, I felt much more relief and happier rather than sad.

Just because I never feel like I'm belonged to this place.

I still feel lonely no matter how many activities going on and no matter how many people around me.

And now, I finally can go back to my home sweet home already!

Anyway, I still met lots of nice people here.

My colleagues helped me and guided me a lot during my practical training.

Dinner at Boston Again

It's kinda shocked when my housemates decided to have dinner at Boston.

Finally! They had their mind opened. Teeheee :D

We went there right after our work.

So we were early enough to be able to grab a seat without a long wait.

A nice and delicious dinner.

But you can't have it everyday as it's quite pricey for students like us.

As what I said in my previous post about this restaurant, it's always worth trying.

I would like to visit this restaurant again if I got the chance to go to Klang :)

I'm slowly adapting myself to be together with them.

Malacca Trip

My coursemate came up with a crazy and sudden idea.

He suggested a 2D1N trip to Malacca.

Well, he is as random as always. And so do I.
So we just went without second thought.

After almost 2 hours car journey, we finally reached Malacca.

We went to fetch Ka Chun a.k.a lao ban.

Then he brought us to food court to have our dinner.

I was starving since we departed as I didn't eat my lunch.

I ordered Nasi Lemak and some popiah to cure my hunger.

Then we went to eat Malacca's famous pork-flavored satay :)

Pork-flavored and chicken-flavored satay.

Very delicious as I love satay so much!!!!

Teehee! :D

After that, we went to Jonker Walk to have a walk.

But I think their main purpose was to go Geographer.

I heard my friend said there's always lots of event at Jonker Walk during weekends.

Oh I met my long-lost friend, Michelle Fung at there :D

And this is Geographer a.k.a 地理学家.

My first time here and I love its ambience.

Lots of people there. And we did enjoy the live band :)

They ordered two buckets of beer.

FYI, I didn't drink much ya. Hahaha.

Ringo Classic & Antiques (Ringo makes me think of Rango :P)

This is another cafe which is just located opposite Geographer.

The live band of these two cafes will take turn to perform.

But I still prefer the live band at Geographer :)

After the little drinks at Geographer, we went to jetty there to have a walk.

Those guys even want to play snooker. And I was tired to the max already -.-

 After that, we went back home and I went to sleep right after I took my bath.

Can't imagine I'm getting so old :O

We woke up late the next morning. So we planned to have lunch straight away.

We ate chicken rice ball as our lunch. The must-eat-food if you come to Malacca.

By the way, on the way to have our lunch,

we stopped by a place where it sells famous and a wide variety of nyonya kuih.

I felt like buying all of them but it's quite pricey so I didn't buy a lot.

Yummy~ but I wasted the most famous one T.T

These were the cheese tarts I bought at Jonker Walk after our lunch.

After that, we went to Nadeje where it sells the famous mille crepe layer cake!

I've always wanted to go there and now I finally got the chance. YAY!

People mountain people sea.

You have to leave your contact number to be in waiting list if you wanted to dine in.

If you want to take away, you also have to queue up in a long line to wait for your turn.

Beautiful drinks but tasted so so.
Mine, the red one is better though :P

I seriously love mille crepe a lot. 

When you put it into your mouth, you can feel the 'thousand' layers texture melt in your mouth. 

Not too sweet, not too creamy. That's just too perfect. 

You have to try the original flavor. 

They say it is the best one but till now I still haven't get the chance to taste it T.T 

One piece of mille crepe costs around RM 8.50 depends on its flavor. 

Perhaps it's more expensive than even Secret Recipe but it's worth to give it a try.

I hate it when I'm forced to say "yes" just to avoid any unpleasant things to happen.

Banana Seed

Did I ever tell you my favourite fruit is the yellow thingy, Mr Banana?

YES! I love it so much~ and also Pisang Goreng!

Recently, the person-in-charge of the canteen has been replaced due to the pregnancy of the employee.

And now they sell pisang goreng. And I will buy it whenever they got sell. 

Sometimes my malay colleague even will buy for me just because she knows I love pisang goreng so much :P

Today, my colleague bought me pisang goreng again.

Then the other colleague told me to be careful of the banana seed.

I was like err...why do I need to be careful of the small and edible banana seed?

After I had a bite of the pisang goreng, only I realized it was such a huge seed if compared to the normal one.

And it was real hard like a stone. OMG! such a new and interesting thing for me.

Sorry for my three-eight-oldness. LOL

Yes, this is the huge banana seed that I've mentioned above O.O

As You Grow

As you grow, you learn more. If you stayed as ignorant as you were at twenty-two, you'd always be twenty-two. Aging is not just decay, you know. It's growth. Eat.Play.Relax

It's always nice to not work on Saturday.

So I woke up late which was already lunch time.

My friend just got it in time and asked me out for lunch.

We went to eat the famous dried mee hun kueh which I mentioned before.

This time I took a photo of it =D

They planned to play badminton and I decided to join them in the last minute.

All boys with me the only girl.

Fun yet boring :P

That night we went to Setia Alam pasar malam.

First time went there but didn't buy anything as we already had our dinner before that.

And this is how I ended my Saturday for this week.

Expecting is my favourite crime and disappointment is always my punishment.

It's July!

It was the first day of July.

And it's going to be my last month of internship :)

Again today was Friday. And there we went to get ourselves a little break.

We went to OverTime to have some drinks and enjoyed listening to live band.

After that we went to watch Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon.

Love its name, nice one!

 We ordered 1 pint of beer per person.

Quite pricey though.

1 pint of beer is about 0.25L.

Transformers 3 was just so so.

Kinda disappointed or perhaps I just expected too much before I watched it?
