New Year Eve

I got sick on this very last day of Year 2010.

See? I told you I got the potential to get sick lo.

Haiyoyo actually wanna go out for shopping

but now you can see the plan is ruined by me :(

There is too much things happening in this year. 

Both good and bad!

Perhaps you can see I was pretty emo during certain period.

hahaha I also don't want de ma XD

But now I'm fine!

Thanks God for getting me through all the downs.

Anyway when the clock strikes 12am,

it is a brand new year again.

Forget about the past.

Keep the sweet memories.

Throw away the bad ones.

New me

Today,

after I finished my lab,

I went to Hairazone with Fish.

Yeah~ I wanted to have a new look for new year.

I was really lucky that by the time I reached there,

there was not many customers queueing for haircut.

As I was told by my friends,

Hairazone was crowded with lots of people these few days

especially during evening after 4pm.

I was late and reached there at 6pm.

Thanks God~ =D

And here is my new look.

Permed by the same hairstylist,

same curl I wanted,

but somehow the result was totally different than last time.

But at least I still can accept after regretting for few hours XD

I accidentally smell my sample too hard today at lab.

The alcohol scent made my nose feeling uneasy for the whole day.

And the chemical smell for hair product also kept attacking me.

Now I slowly sensed that I got the 'potential' to get sick tomorrow.

AIKS!

Lab time~

And yeah~

After waited for so long,

(it's good too cause I can enjoy my holiday XD) 

finally it's my turn to start my thesis's experiment.

I got my material yesterday from my supervisor.

He is really nice le~

He got me the dried leaves.

That means I no need to dry them for DAYS.

Perhaps just put them in oven and dry for few HOURS.

So I collected 2 plastic bags of the dried leaves from him.

The scent of the plant is really strong.

My supervisor's office is full of many bags of the plants.

That's why once you entered the corridor to his office,

you can already smell it.

And you will see his door is always opened.

He said that the plant is very expensive.

So I need to take good care of it,

though I carry it like 2 big bags of rubbish -.-

Anyway still thanks to my supervisor, Prof Nik.

^^

And today I stepped into the lab and started my lab work.

I dried the leaves in the oven once again, 

though my supervisor told me that

I can start my experiment straight away.

But I still think that the leaves are not dry enough :P

I put the leaves on the aluminium foil and sent them to oven.

Like baking a cake huh?

Yes, I'm a good baker =D

After took them out from oven,

I went to 2nd floor's Oleochemistry 3rd Year's lab to blend it.

Imagine I take my sample and going up and down.

And I need to blend it bit by bit as the blender is not that big.

Somemore need to wait for others to finish using the blender 1st.

And waiting for my 'cake' to be 'baked' isn't easy too,

as waiting is kinda torturing :(

In a conclusion,

it's kinda tiring after all the 'exercises' and 

my sample is still not enough yet.

Need to blend again tomorrow~

and soak my sample in Methanol for 24 hours.

Hope everything goes smooth ya =)

Back to here again

Now I'm back to this familiar yet strange place again. 

This would be my last semester staying here.

Miss it? Yeah gonna miss it so so much.

Although here is still not as comfortable as home,

but still I believe I will miss my uni life a hell lot.

Just finished enjoying my one month sem break.

Nothing much but played a lot.

Catching up with friends,

went to Sarikei for BBQ gathering.

busy doing church thingy.

So far so good my holiday =)

And now I'm here fighting for my final sem.

Will be busy for my thesis and lab work.

And for sure will appreciate every moment spending with you all.

Because I will miss you guys so much after uni life ends.

 春天是她最爱的季节，

Hello, December ♥

My favourite month of the year.

^^

Home Sweet Home

This semester was totally crazy.

Before final exam ended,

I went to Cameron Highlands.

After exam, went to Malacca for a one-day-trip.

Few days later, I went to Singapore.

Was still thinking when going back Sibu.

The next day after back from Singapore,

I checked the air ticket back to Sibu.

It was still at normal rate though it was just few days later.

So I decided to go back the next day,

YES, just the SECOND DAY after I booked the ticket.

My mom kept asking me when will I be going back home.

Then when I told her that I'm going back the next day,

she answered me: "Why so fast?"

Isn't my mom cute huh? XD

I found out that I was really random recently.

Every decision I made was really random and spontaneous.

Like it to be this way, but not too often of course :)

But still I enjoyed a lot during the holiday.

And now I'm back to my lovely home.

Gonna enjoy everything here in Sibu

before going back to continue my final sem.

Cause this would be my last holiday of my school life.

Skies are blue, clouds are white.

What a wonderful world.

Looking outside the window,
I wonder where would my heart stay?

I guess the answer should be

Singapore Trip ♥

My Singapore trip had begun~

This was a 3D2N trip.

My very first time went to foreign country.

I felt so excited!!!!!

(Sorry for being too three-eight)

Had my own passport and flew to Singapore

with HC, Thomas, Lim Hong and Tiew Mee.

Thomas booked morning flight 

so he reached there few hours earlier than us.

My flight ticket from KL to Singapore.

Waiting, riding, boarding, checked in..

Whole process was so exciting XD

I love this spec~ lol

Have to keep this form until u left Singapore.

In MRT after we met up with Thomas.

They were discussing the route to Chinatown~

Ah mee was kacau-ing there XD

Yeah~ we reached Chinatown station.

You have to get a ticket if you are taller than 0.9m oh~

And here is the Chinatown.

The buildings there are unique~

We walked around to find the hotel which HC's bro introduced.

But the fees are too expensive.

Went to another one, 
the price there is much more expensive than the previous one.

So we turned back to a beary good hostel 

which Ah mee's friend recommended.

This is a backpackers' hostel.

A beary nice and comfortable hostel~

You will see this before you enter the hostel.

And the receptionist is a beary friendly girl.

Free WiFi too of course.

We went upstairs to our room.

Here is our room with more than 10 beds inside.

Lots of foreigners living there.

We got to know an Australian guy who lived in the same room.

His name is Jacomb.
A very friendly and nice guy.
Nice to talk with but sometimes really don't know what to say.
And I still remembered what HC did
in order to 'create' a chance for me to talk with Jacomb.

Memang super owe hit!

Anyway this photo was taken while we were waiting for Cindy.

After met up with Cindy,

we went to Yoshinoya to have our dinner.
Not bad though and quite cheap.
Shirley caught up with us for the dinner too =)

After dinner, we went to Bugis street to have a walk.

The largest street shopping location in Singapore~

Lots of stall inside there and many things are sold there.

We didn't buy any thing but just walk around.

Guess we are too tired to shop and see things already.

Singapore Flyer

Went to Esplanade Mall after the walk at Merlion Park.

Just went there to have a look and took a rest.

My legs were like broken already.

After the rest, we all went back to our lovely beary good hostel.

Shhhh...

You have to keep quiet within that time.

But we didn't go to bed yet.

We walked around China Town to have some supper.

Saw this temple on the way for our food hunting.

And we finally found hawker centre.

The food there was quite cheap.

In Singapore Dollars of course XD

Jacomb enjoyed his 'you tiao' very much.

HC's soya plus tang yuan.

So after the supper, we went back to hostel.

Hong San wanna eat cup noodles that we bought.

Actually that was our supper for our 1st night in Singapore.

But we just had our supper at the hawker centre.

So nobody feel like eating anymore.

Hong San merajuk till she went back to Taman Tenaga.

:P

We slept till 9 something the next morning.

Then we had our breakfast at the hostel.

Toasted bread, white bread, honeystar, coco crunch, jam, 

fresh milk, coffee, hot chocolate.

Very nice oh~ 

At least I enjoyed my breakfast very much =)

Hong San helped us to wash our cups and dishes after breakfast.

After Hong San checked out,

(She went back one day earlier than us)

we went to find the famous delicious egg tart

which my cousin introduced to us.

And yeah~

after we asked so many local people,

we finally found the shop!

After this, Jacomb left us. 

He went to JB to continue his backpacker journey.
Will be missing him I guess XD

Then 5 of us decided to go to see Fountain of Wealth.

So we headed to Suntec City.

Saw this at MRT station.

Quite unique huh?

Singapore's MRT Station.

MRT not very crowd also.

And it is really frequent.

Need not to scare to wait for too long.

And never worry for being late.

Please la Malaysia's KTM.

Our dear Hong San is the most classic person!

And here we are.

These are the MUST-DO steps for the good things from the fountain.

After visiting the fountain,

we went to the food court to have our lunch.

we went to Orchard Road.

Quite regret that didn't go to beach.

And then we went back to hostel.

After took our bath,

we online, chit-chatting, eating cup noodles,

bocor each other's secret, rampas notebook,

ignoring others' appearance and so on.

A fun night we had =)

The next morning,

after we ate our breakfast, checked out,

then we walked around in China Town.

Thinking of buying something as souvenirs.

As people kept asking souvenirs from me.

Wanted to buy scarf actually, 

it's quite cheap and has good quality.

But have no much time to decide.

You know la, I'm not a good decision maker :P

And now I'm quite regret for not buying those scarf T.T

At last I bought a lot of key chains with Singapore's symbolic.

Quite unique though.

Took photo together with the cute receptionist :)

In a conclusion,

this Singapore trip was indeed a very nice and fun trip.

After I came back to Malaysia,

I still can't believe I just went overseas.

It was like just a dream.

A sweet dream indeed.

Singapore is really a nice city.

And I hope I could work at there, perhaps?

Only if I could cope the pressure there :)

Another trip, anyone?
