Dinner at the Seashore

Today after work, KC brought us to have seafood as our dinner.
I was told that Klang isn't famous for Bak Kut Teh only but also seafood.
We went to Northport area and had our dinner on the seashore.
You can choose the seafood and decide the way you want them to be cooked.
Either steamed, sweet n sour, fried, baked and etc.
We chose fish, stingray and also sotong to be cooked in different way.

 The environment there was soothing :)

I like the ambiance of the restaurant 
especially when you choose to sit somewhere nearer to the sea.
The sea breeze made me felt very calm and peaceful.
And the most important thing is that
there has no my biggest enemy, Miss mosquito!

Public Holiday

Today was public holiday as it's Wesak Day.
For the first time, I woke up late ever since I started my internship.
Not long after I woke up, Orleo called me and asked us out for lunch.
We went to eat the famous Mee Hun Kueh near my living area.
This is when I just knew that Mee Hun Kueh is actually the handmade pan mee.
I thought is some kind of kuih -.-
Anyway while waiting for the food to be served, 
I got a bad news from Kok Choon which is a good news for them.

They might be leaving me to have their internship at another company with better offer.
OMG! How am I going to settle my lunch without them bringing me? T.T
But seriously I'm sad to hear about the news.

Anyway Ka Chun was back from Malacca by bus in the afternoon. 
He is PBSM (Pelajar Balik Setiap Minggu) by the way.
So while waiting for his arrival, we went to have our tea break at 
Great Oil Stick 油炸鬼, which located at Setia Alam, Klang.
They sell different kind of flavor of You Zha Gui and fried biscuit. Lots of choices there.
We were there for tea break. That's why we didn't order much. Too bad though.

The ambiance is nice :)

We ordered both Yam and Pandan flavored fried biscuit.

I recommend the Yam flavor. Yummylicious ^^

Besides that we also ordered the famous Golden Roll, which is actually pisang goreng.

But it really tasted very nice! Not recommended for people who doesn't like sweet thing.
Too bad that I have no photo of it.
Have a try whenever you have a chance. A nice hang out place for teatime :)

Coincidence

Followed my senior to Pandamaran Chinese Methodist Church this morning.

Quite adapted to the church because the people there are warm and friendly.

And I feel like I'm home while I was there :)

They invited me to join their fellowship, their camp and even invited me to a birthday party that night.

The birthday girl is my friend, Esther's sister, named Eunice. She celebrated her 21st birthday.

Quite a big birthday celebration. Even got IT set up and MC that night :O

I sat there and thought of my 21st birthday. It was a simple one with my close friends.

I never thought of my 21st birthday to be a grand one.

Kinda envy of hers and they made me feel like it's good to be young.

Anyway I bumped into my ex-primary classmate as well as my secondary schoolmate at there.

Such a coincidence I shall say. She knew Eunice at their campus' fellowship.

Besides that, I met with my super junior's ex-classmates too. Had a nice chit-chat with them.

The boy is cute and the girl is so pretty that I kept looking at her :O

I just gotta say the world is indeed small!

Anyway my Sunday was nice with new church and new peoples :D

It's funny how sometimes you're missing somebody,

My New House

Just like a nomad, I moved from UKM to Pin's uncle's house.
And now, I moved again to our rented apartment - Vista Bayu.
I just moved in yesterday night.
And the first thing I checked was the internet connection.
YES! Luckily my maxis broadband works! :D
I seriously can't imagine how could I live without internet within these 3 months at this foreign place.
Basically, a laptop without internet connection is useless :P

Anyway though we were told that the house is fully furnished,
but the TV is not working, the water-tap of the shower was broken.
Luckily we still got another bathroom in master room.
My room was totally empty while other rooms are furnished with bed, cupboard and air-conditioner.
Lucky that my friends are willing to help me with whatever thing I need.
Kept telling myself have to be patient. Three months are just in a blink of an eye.
God please continue to guide me. My friends, I need your encouragement as well.

Long Lost Friends

Wow! My friends came to Klang to find me today.

I was so touched because it's been a while we didn't meet each other.

Before I continued, I wanna apologize to you, you, you and you.

Sorry that I couldn't meet with you guys the day before.

I was in real dilemma situation. Forgive me please >.<
But I was truly appreciated the sincerity of you guys' for coming over :)

Anyway, we went to eat Bak Kut Teh for our brunch.

Had a nice chit-chatting with them.

FYI, I ate Bak Kut Teh twice in one day! Another was for dinner.

We went to watch movie after that because I need to kill my time that day.

Too bad that Ah Foo didn't join us since she's having exam two days later.

I wanted to watch Thor but my friend was downloading that movie -.-

Ended up we watched Water for Elephant. Not bad though.

Robert Pattinson acts a lot better in this movie rather than in Twilight.

Today was Mothers' Day.

I called my mom but I didn't say "Happy Mothers' Day, Mummy!"

I'm jealous of the people who get to see you everyday.

Working life

Working life = No life

Ever since I start working, I feel tired everyday after back from work.

Even if there's no much work for me to do at lab, I still feel tired @.@

There's no much time for me to play or even online.

I started to feel sleepy already at 10 or 11pm.

And I'm for sure go to bed before 12am.

Now I finally understand why working people love off-day!

Anyway, since we don't have to work for this Saturday,

(Damn, I still need to work on Saturday!) we decided to go for a movie!

And before that, we went to have our dinner at Restoran Boston Baru.

Heard that this restaurant is very famous with its fresh and delicious seafood.

Had a very nice dinner although quite pricey~

But it's worth a try! =)

This restaurant is always crowded with people.

We were warned about the long wait beforehand, 

so it is a good idea to either go earlier or be prepared to hang out for about an hour or so.

The famous Steamed Lala with Superior Stock.

Steamed with fried garlic, birds eye chilli, ginger and rice wine.

The sweet and spicy superior stock was extremely addictive to the senses.

Besides that, we also ordered the famous nestum mantis prawn.

Super yummy delicious!!! I'm kinda fall in love with this dish.

A very nice and exciting movie!

I'm loving it! Gonna watch the previous 4 episodes.

Pirates of the Caribbean 4 is showing soon too.

Am waiting for it though I haven't watch the previous 3 episodes either.

I think of you every time when there's a new movie showing.

I miss those movie days with you.

Internship

This morning I woke up, the first thing came across my mind was
everyone was preparing to go to work instead of school.
We used to go to class every morning together.
But now, we go to work together at the same time but not to the same place.
Received few SMS from my friends wishing me good luck for my internship.
Thank you everyone! I wish you all the best too ♥
And hey! Thanks for your message too :)

Today was my first day of internship.
Not my first working experience, but still I felt nervous.
I'm not in the same working category with my two other coursemates.
They do the plant while I will be doing lab thingy.
After given briefing about terms and conditions for internship by HR executive,

I met with my supervisor and she showed me around the lab.

After that, I just sat in the lab doing nothing for the whole morning.
Luckily some Malay lab technicians taught us some basic chemical tests in the afternoon
(which we've actually learnt in university), else I think I will doze off  for sure!

Well that's my first day of my internship.
Boring and free. Good or bad?
Anyway I'm prepared to learn more new things during my internship.
Awaiting new challenges :)
