Singapore Trip ♥

My Singapore trip had begun~

This was a 3D2N trip.

My very first time went to foreign country.

I felt so excited!!!!!

(Sorry for being too three-eight)

Had my own passport and flew to Singapore

with HC, Thomas, Lim Hong and Tiew Mee.

Thomas booked morning flight 

so he reached there few hours earlier than us.

My flight ticket from KL to Singapore.

Waiting, riding, boarding, checked in..

Whole process was so exciting XD

I love this spec~ lol

Have to keep this form until u left Singapore.

On our way to Singapore~~

In MRT after we met up with Thomas.

They were discussing the route to Chinatown~

Ah mee was kacau-ing there XD

Yeah~ we reached Chinatown station.

You have to get a ticket if you are taller than 0.9m oh~

And here is the Chinatown.

The buildings there are unique~

We walked around to find the hotel which HC's bro introduced.

But the fees are too expensive.

Went to another one, 
the price there is much more expensive than the previous one.

So we turned back to a beary good hostel 

which Ah mee's friend recommended.

This is a backpackers' hostel.

A beary nice and comfortable hostel~

You will see this before you enter the hostel.

And the receptionist is a beary friendly girl.

Notebooks are provided for us to online.

Free WiFi too of course.

We went upstairs to our room.

Here is our room with more than 10 beds inside.

Lots of foreigners living there.

We got to know an Australian guy who lived in the same room.

His name is Jacomb.
A very friendly and nice guy.
Nice to talk with but sometimes really don't know what to say.
And I still remembered what HC did
in order to 'create' a chance for me to talk with Jacomb.

Memang super owe hit!

Girls out there who are still single,

Anyway this photo was taken while we were waiting for Cindy.

After met up with Cindy,

we went to Yoshinoya to have our dinner.
Not bad though and quite cheap.
Shirley caught up with us for the dinner too =)

After dinner, we went to Bugis street to have a walk.

The largest street shopping location in Singapore~

Lots of stall inside there and many things are sold there.

We didn't buy any thing but just walk around.

Guess we are too tired to shop and see things already.

Then we went to iluma just for a walk~

After we back to hostel, 

only we realised we had walked a distance of one station XD

And finally we reached Merlion Park.

But.. still long way to go to see the merlion statue~

I simply just love the night scenery of Singapore~

but with my OWN EYES!

Yes yes yes!!!!!

I was really happy that I got the chance to see it~

Went to Esplanade Mall after the walk at Merlion Park.

Just went there to have a look and took a rest.

My legs were like broken already.

After the rest, we all went back to our lovely beary good hostel.

Shhhh...

You have to keep quiet within that time.

But we didn't go to bed yet.

We walked around China Town to have some supper.

Saw this temple on the way for our food hunting.

And we finally found hawker centre.

The food there was quite cheap.

In Singapore Dollars of course XD

Jacomb enjoyed his 'you tiao' very much.

HC's soya plus tang yuan.

So after the supper, we went back to hostel.

Hong San wanna eat cup noodles that we bought.

Actually that was our supper for our 1st night in Singapore.

But we just had our supper at the hawker centre.

So nobody feel like eating anymore.

Hong San merajuk till she went back to Taman Tenaga.

:P

We slept till 9 something the next morning.

Then we had our breakfast at the hostel.

Toasted bread, white bread, honeystar, coco crunch, jam, 

fresh milk, coffee, hot chocolate.

Very nice oh~ 

At least I enjoyed my breakfast very much =)

Hong San helped us to wash our cups and dishes after breakfast.

Weeeee~

After Hong San checked out,

(She went back one day earlier than us)

we went to find the famous delicious egg tart

which my cousin introduced to us.

And yeah~

after we asked so many local people,

we finally found the shop!

After this, Jacomb left us. 

He went to JB to continue his backpacker journey.
Will be missing him I guess XD

Then 5 of us decided to go to see Fountain of Wealth.

So we headed to Suntec City.

Saw this at MRT station.

Quite unique huh?

Singapore's MRT Station.

See?

MRT not very crowd also.

And it is really frequent.

Need not to scare to wait for too long.

And never worry for being late.

Please la Malaysia's KTM.

Efficient sikit boleh?

Suntec City Mall

Our dear Hong San is the most classic person!

And here we are.

Fountain of Wealth.

Weeee~

1. Stretch out your right hand and touch the water.

2. Make a silent wish.

3. Follow the directional sign.

4. Walk around three times.

These are the MUST-DO steps for the good things from the fountain.

After visiting the fountain,

we went to the food court to have our lunch.

We ordered a lot of foods wei~

After we separated with Hong San,

we wanted to go Universal Studio.

But I found this breathe-taking scenery.

Till then, I just realized we were at VivoCity.

So we took some pictures here before we continued our journey.

After the visit to Universal Studio,

we went to Orchard Road.

Quite regret that didn't go to beach.

But nevermind also.

Still got chance what :)

There got a lot of branded shopping malls.

But poor person like me only can 'walk horse see flower',

can't afford to buy anything ah :(

We walked till our legs almost broken again.

So we decided to go back to China Town.

We came across this shop.

HC said got a blogger strongly recommend this shop.

So we went in to try the desserts.

And then we went back to hostel.

After took our bath,

we online, chit-chatting, eating cup noodles,

bocor each other's secret, rampas notebook,

ignoring others' appearance and so on.

A fun night we had =)

The next morning,

after we ate our breakfast, checked out,

then we walked around in China Town.

Thinking of buying something as souvenirs.

As people kept asking souvenirs from me.

Wanted to buy scarf actually, 

it's quite cheap and has good quality.

But have no much time to decide.

You know la, I'm not a good decision maker :P

And now I'm quite regret for not buying those scarf T.T

At last I bought a lot of key chains with Singapore's symbolic.

Quite unique though.

Took photo together with the cute receptionist :)

In a conclusion,

this Singapore trip was indeed a very nice and fun trip.

After I came back to Malaysia,

I still can't believe I just went overseas.

It was like just a dream.

A sweet dream indeed.

Singapore is really a nice city.

And I hope I could work at there, perhaps?

Only if I could cope the pressure there :)

One day trip to Malacca

I joined with my MUF friends 

went to Malacca for our fellowship's outing.

A one day trip.

Departed early in the morning at 730am.

And we reached there at around 9am.

Taken while waiting for the van.

A very fine and sunny day =)

The first state in Malaysia where

christianity was introduced.

We went to Jonker street to have a walk.

And had our lunch at there.

After lunch we went to eat ice chendol.
Wisdom-typed beauty was craving for it.

After that, we just walked around at Jonker street.
Lots of things to see but I didn't buy any.
Broke already and need save money for Singapore trip.
Wheeee~~ =D

Before going back,
Shi Jie and Pak Lee dared themselves to a photo with snake.
Each person paid RM 10 for the photo shooting.
And I got to touch the snake too.
The man just put the snake's head on my palm.
At first really scared that the snake will attack me.
I even screamed out loud for the sake of my safety.
But then it was okay after all.
Nothing to scare about though.
I even touched the chameleon.
Its skin was rough enough, not smooth at all.
Call me a brave girl please!
HAHAHA


The last spot was Gunung Puteri Hang Li Po.
Went there to visit the well.
And that ended our Malacca's one-day-trip.
Felt really tired as I slept less a night before.
But somehow we got a little fight in the van 
while we were on the way back.
It was funny though.
Never saw Lim Hong gone crazy like that before.
WAHAHAHA!



Appreciated the moment spent together with them.
Not much chance can hang out together anymore.

Outing After Exam

12/11/2010

Today when the clock striked 1030am,

my final exam was officially ended!

YES!!!!!
I'm stress-free now~
Can do whatever I want~
*wink*

After exam,
Fish accompanied me went to take my passport.
Till 130pm only reached hostel.
Was still thinking wanna go out or not.
At the same time, 7zai called us out for movie.
Last coursemates' gathering for this sem I guess.
We went to Times Square and watched Skyline.

The movie was too bad to watch.
Not recommended!


After movie,
I went to meet up with my MUF's friends.
And had dinner with them :)

A gang of 4 boys and 1 girl.
MUF version of Meteor Garden?
Hahahaha XD


A tiring day as I just slept for 4 hours.
Woke up early for exam and 
went outing for whole day.
But still enjoyed the outing anyway.
Nice to spend time with all of you.
^^


Preparing for Malacca one-day-trip tomorrow.

Cameron trip ♥

3-5/11/2010

Thomas suggested to go Cameron Highlands.

So there we go~

Yea in the midst of exam!!!

I still have 2 papers left for my final exam

and yet I chose to go for this trip~

I always wanted to go~

so decided not to waste the chance ^^

and went there without regret~

We rented two cars and drove ourselves all along to Cameron.

We went to Ipoh before going to Cameron.

Just to have our lunch and perhaps some delicacies' shopping.

On the way to Ipoh,

our car's alarm suddenly rang without reason.

But thanks God, everything was alright after that =)

 We reached Ipoh safely~

And we went to famous Restaurant Lou Wong for our lunch.

Had the famous Tauge Chicken Rice there.

 Chicken + Tauge + Rice = Tauge Chicken Rice

Erm... 
I think the so-called famous Tauge Chicken Rice was just so so.

It was just like a normal chicken rice with a plate of tauge.

After ate our lunch, Thomas and HC went to repair the car.

While the rest of us just went for a walk,

and some of them bought some Ipoh's delicacies.

After repairing the car, 
we continued our journey to Cameron~

Both car went separately 
as we failed to follow closely with the other car.

And we got lost in Ipoh.

But somehow, we still managed to get our way 

out from Ipoh and headed to Cameron.

Thanks God for everything ^^

 After around 2 to 3 hours, 

we finally reached our destination.

Yeah~ we were welcomed to Cameron Highlands ^^

We reached there at around 6:30pm.

Another car was late as they got lost in Ipoh too. 

So we went to check in for our apartment first.

We lived in Desa Anthurium Apartment.

The apartment is nice.

Inside there got living room, dining room, kitchen,

3 rooms with queen size bed each, 2 bathrooms,

and with the supplied kitchen equipment.

Sorry no photos for the apartment.

I forgot to take a shot of it.

After we had all settled down,

we went out to have our dinner.

Our first dinner at Cameron.

After the dinner,

we went back and had some chit-chatting.

Some slept early but night cats like us 
still being active at the late night.

:p

The next morning,

we started our Cameron's exploration at 9am.

We went to Ye Olde Smokehouse.

It is a very beautiful and unique building.

And the food's price there is really expensive~

After the visitation to the smokehouse,
we went to visit strawberry farm.
Visited lots of strawberry farm

and most of them are similar~

Then we went to visit flowers and cactus.

and lots of other valleys and gardens.

After those visitations,

we went to Mint Leaf Cafe to have our lunch.

Each of us ordered different dishes

and we shared together.

Even including the fresh strawberries.

A very nice lunch time anyway.

RM 6 for each plate of food.

Simplicity is simply the best.

After lunch,

we went to visit some flowers,

strawberries and vegetables farm.

Then we went to Ee Feng Gu Honey Bee Farm.

We explored the bee's maze.

The so-called Malaysia's largest indoor maze.

Some of us got lost in the maze.

Luckily Thomas came and rescued us.

The other three were already out without waiting for us.

It was fun after all ^^

Then we went to Sungai Palas Boh Tea Estate.

We took 200m of tea bush walk to reach the tea centre.

Greenish scenery was pretty.

Cooling air was soothing.

Had some Palas Supreme Tea there 

while enjoying the beautiful scene.

Our last stop for the day was Rose Valley.

Lots of roses there.

After that we went to buy some ingredients.

For what?

Cause we planned to have steamboat that night.

Yeah~ home-cooked steamboat.

After that, we played some games

and did some chit-chatting.

Till late night again.

The next day,

after our breakfast in our apartment,

we checked out at 1030am.

Off to Cameron Valley Tea House.

Bought some souvenirs there.

After that we went to T cafe to have our lunch.

I ordered the so-called famous strawberry scone.

And it tasted so so only.

*Disappointed*

I wanted to go Strawberry Moment.

The place where the famous strawberry pancake sold.

Nevermind.

Wouldn't miss it during my second visit to there.

finally we waved bye bye to Cameron Highlands.

Headed back to UKM.

Facing the reality that I still have two papers to go.

Haha XD

we passed by a waterfall.

其实，一个人可以带着过去的创伤继续生活，只要他把悲伤放在心里的一个圈圈里，不要让苦痛浸染了他的整个生命，他就可以像正常人一样快乐地生活。当一个人悲伤得难以自持的时候，也许，他不需要太多的劝解和安慰，训诫和指明。他需要的，只是能有一个人在他身边蹲下来，陪他做一只蘑菇。

Exam Fever

Flu + Cough = Sick

Sick + Exam = Dead

Yes I'm dead.

Exam fever caught me!

Keep sneezing and

coughing non-stop in the exam hall.

Extremely cold condition in the hall make things worse.

Freezing air from the air-conditioner and

cooling air from the heavy rain out there.

I was frozen man!

*Cough cough cough*

*Sniff sniff sniff*

Just like an old lady sitting there

surrounded by all young men and ladies.

Aduh...

My final started off with 2 killing papers.

Real tired after 5 hours examination in one day.

Didn't prepare it well~

So I have no comment.

Just wish to pass all the papers~
